John Amiradakis commenced his legal career in 2004 and was admitted as an Attorney in the High Court of South Africa in 2006. John is also admitted as a Solicitor in Australia. His dual admission and years of experience as a legal professional enables him to provide client’s with sound legal advice and achieve outstanding results for them.
John has significant experience in both litigation and commerce and this has allowed him to use his skills in various areas of the law, including criminal and traffic law, commercial and retail leases, general litigation, family law and employment related issues such as unfair dismissals.
John is passionate about all things legal. He relates to people from a wide variety of backgrounds and strives to provide practical and cost effective legal advice and achieve outstanding results for his clients.
Cathy Ohanian
Senior Solicitor
Cathy Ohanian commenced her career in the legal profession in 2012 when she commenced work as a paralegal for a Sydney law firm while studying law at the University of Western Sydney. Cathy graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2013 with a double degree: Bachelor of Laws/ Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Human Resource Management) and obtained her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the Australian National University. She was admitted as a solicitor in the New South Wales Supreme Court in July 2014.
Cathy assists clients in many areas of law including Family Law, Conveyancing and Property Law, Personal Injury Law, and Wills, Probate and Estate Matters. Her attention to detail and remarkable ability to multi-task across all matters within the firm results in her continually achieving outstanding results for her clients.
Cathy prides herself on providing clients with a compassionate and a personalised service, keeping clients in-the-know and informed about their matters every step of the way. Cathy’s clients are always appreciative of the excellent results she achieves for them.
Amanda Ramadan
Family Law Solicitor
Amanda has worked in law since 2007 and has over 13 years experience in Criminal, Property, Children, Family, Corporate, Commercial, Banking and Finance, Medical Negligence and Civil Law. She now focuses her expertise on Family Law. Amanda began her professional career working as a paralegal and licensed conveyancer after completing her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. Whilst completing her Law degree, Amanda also worked for Gadens Lawyers, working within their Property, Insurance, Banking and Finance and Self-Managed Superannuation teams.
Amanda has completed a Bachelor of Laws, Advanced Diploma in Arts, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and completed her Masters of Laws (Applied Law), majoring in Family Law and has also undertaken Advanced Parenting Issues as part of her Masters Degree. Amanda was admitted as a Solicitor in the NSW Supreme Court in August 2018 and is also admitted in the High Court of Australia.
Amanda has experience working for multiple law firms including top tier internationally recognised law firms. As well as having appeared in courts and tribunals in NSW, she has also appeared in courts and tribunals in Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. She has represented clients in all aspects of family law including parenting and recovery matters, Binding Financial Agreements, de facto and same sex relationships and working with clients in complex financial matters that involve high net worth assets pools and matters that include properties, missing money and assets. With this, she has helped provide work for some of Australia’s well-known and wealthy clients.
Amanda has a personable and compassionate approach to her clients and opponents and always works towards in trying to achieve a favourable outcome without going to court.
Amanda appears in New South Wales, Victorian and Queensland family law courts.

Nour Alsalemi
Property & Estate Law Solicitor
Nour commenced her career in the legal profession in 2014 when she commenced work as a paralegal for various Sydney law firms whilst studying her law degree at Macquarie University. Nour graduated from Macquarie University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and was admitted as a Solicitor in the NSW Supreme Court of Australia and the High Court in 2018.
Nour is a passionate Property Lawyer with determination and attention to detail ensuring she provides straightforward legal advice on all aspects of Property Law. Since her admission, Nour has also expanded her practice to a variety of areas including Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning and she has further represented clients in various NSW Civil Administrative Tribunal matters. She has also represented clients in their parenting matters, divorces, and financial agreements, amongst other areas.
Nour adopts a practical approach and assists clients with all aspects of Property and Estate matters including drafting Wills, Probate and Letters of Administration applications, Administration of Estates.
Nour is currently undertaking her Master of Law (Applied Law) specialising in Property and Wills & Estate Planning and is dedicated to assisting her clients by keeping on top of the latest developments in the law.
Prior to joining the firm, Nour has worked in a variety of legal practices who have specialised in Property Law, Family Law and Probate.
